Preparation of Report in Engineering field is very important to all Engineers in different sector.
Today i am going to Show you how to create a Snag report of any Project.Here i take a example of Hotel Project which i already engaged on this project.Its just for educational Purpose.

Phase 1 work Report as per Snag List (11/01/2018)

Electrical:

1. Scratches/ colorless Power Socket / Switch need to Change near entrance.
 Airtech have to Change it (As per Airtech Staff Don’t stock of 16 A
Socket)

2. Exhaust Fan not Working in Shower Room

3. Wardrobe light is not working properly (Due to Adapter Damaged)

 Done

4. 1- Concealed LED light missing @ center of the vanity counter @G Level

 Done

5. TV outlet need to be replaced with internet outlet Socket (Need network
socket at TV socket).

6. External (Conduit) Cable Hiding near step light switch (Below the Entrance
Bridge)
 It will be done while installation / erection of Landscaping light
Cable (Right now it is connected from villa DB) (These step lights will
be connected with External Landscaping light cable)

7. IT cable arrangement in router box cabinet @ Balcony

 It will be done by IT Guys at the time of Dressing work( During
proper Connection of IT equipment )
8. Wall Bracket light @ Balcony (Missing)

9. Angle Brass light @ ceiling of staircase (Missing)
 We need proper Cut sheet to order it.

10. IP phone Details to Provide Vuko
 It will be provided by IT Vender

11. 3- pin plug (16 A) (Power Socket) need to be install for Geyser

12. Tear Drop Light proper Connection ( Due to short circuit of one Tear drop light-
