"I have successfully handled several challenging civil engineering projects in Maryland and Virginia, USA, working remotely. Among them, the Oaklawn, Leesburg, VA Site Development Project ) was one of the most complex. This project covered a 2.41-acre site owned by Flagship Car Wash and required extensive work on stormwater management (SWM) calculations, water quality, land grading, and the permitting process.
To overcome the technical and regulatory challenges, I utilized a range of advanced and updated software tools for SWM and BMP calculations, water demand analysis, storm and sanitary sewer design, and overland relief calculations. Close coordination with local authorities and stakeholders ensured the permitting process moved forward smoothly. By combining technical precision with proactive communication, I successfully delivered an optimized site plan that met all engineering and regulatory requirements.
